Built around the instruction

The right legal support, for the way you work.

For law firms

Capacity without dilution.

Extend drafting, research, litigation-support and technology capacity without diluting attorney supervision.

For businesses

Decisions you can document.

Turn contracts, compliance questions and operating workflows into clear documents, decisions and systems.

For individuals

Separate, scoped pathways.

Navigate Indian disputes and visa files through separate, clearly scoped service pathways.

Proof

Proof, filed under the work it describes.

Figures sit with the practice they count. Petition numbers belong to our immigration work, not to the firm as a whole.

Team

4India-qualified advocates, AIBE qualified

Team-reported figures. Approvals belong to the client and the attorney of record; they are not a success rate.

How we count

“Petitions written” counts EB-1 and EB-2 petitions drafted by team members for US attorneys of record. “Approvals” are decisions those attorneys have reported to us; the balance are pending or unreported. Neither figure is a success rate or a prediction.

Where to verify

Reviews, Job Success Scores and engagement history are public on the Lexverse Upwork agency profile (opens in a new tab) and each team member’s own profile.

What we do not claim

No guaranteed outcomes, no success rates, and no client names or logos without written permission.

How we work

A controlled handoff, from scope to review.

Five steps, each with an owner, whatever the practice. Confidential material moves only once the engagement is in place.

  1. Scope

We agree the deliverable, responsibilities, dependencies, due date and fee in writing.

    You and Lexverse
  2. Secure intake

After the conflict and NDA steps, material moves through the agreed secure route, never the public form.

    You
  3. Build

The named lawyer drafts, researches, organises, configures or prepares the scoped work product.

    Lexverse
  4. Human QA

A further pass checks sources, record fidelity, instructions, names, dates, formatting and open issues.

    Lexverse
  5. Client or attorney review

The responsible client, advocate or supervising attorney reviews and adopts the final work.

    You, your attorney or advocate

How we work, in full

Quality, confidentiality and AI

Control is part of the deliverable.

These checks are built into every engagement, so the work can be reviewed rather than redone.

  • Written scope, due date and named owner before work starts
  • Your template, naming conventions and instructions followed
  • Evidence and documents cross-referenced to the point they support
  • Sources and citations checked against the original
  • A quality pass before anything is delivered
  • An issue list of the judgment calls we leave to you
  • Delivery in the storage and folder structure you nominate
  • NDA as standard, and we will sign yours
  • AI used only within your instructions, every output read by a person
  • No privileged material through the public enquiry form

About Lexverse

Six practices under one delivery standard: US immigration petition production, legal research and litigation support, contracts and compliance, legal AI enablement, Indian litigation, and visa-document services for individuals. Each has its own page, scope and supervision model.

No, and we will never say otherwise. Our team are advocates enrolled in India, working as paralegals on US matters. Everything we produce is attorney-supervised work product prepared for a US-licensed attorney to review, adopt and sign. We do not give legal advice to petitioners, appear before USCIS, or form attorney-client relationships.

Only the shape of the work: the workstream, likely volume, timing and a short non-confidential description. Please do not send privileged or client-identifying material through the form. Case material moves only after conflict and NDA steps, through the route you nominate.

For law firms and businesses

On US matters, your licensed attorney of record. We hand over an attorney-ready draft with an issue list of the judgment calls we would flag; your attorney decides those calls, revises, adopts and signs. The client relationship stays with your firm, and we do not contact your client unless you ask us to.

Yes. We draft in your template and drafting voice, follow your naming and citation conventions, and can work inside your systems where you want us to, including Docketwise, Clio and NetDocuments.

Hourly or a fixed fee per matter, whichever suits the work; ongoing overflow support can run on a monthly retainer. Fee, scope and delivery date are confirmed in writing before work starts, and one revision round is included as standard.

Changes are agreed in writing before work continues. If anything threatens the committed date, we tell you early rather than on the deadline.

For organising research, comparing clauses, mapping large evidence sets and first-pass issue spotting, within your instructions. The legal argument is written by a qualified person, and every substantive deliverable is reviewed for accuracy before it reaches you. Nothing goes out that a person has not read.

For individuals

Not on US petitions: on those we work only for the instructing attorney or firm. Separately, we help individuals with Schengen, national and Indian visa applications through a distinct consumer service with its own pages.

No, and you should walk away from anyone who does. We are not affiliated with any embassy, consulate, visa application centre or government. What we can do is make sure the file you submit is complete, consistent and honest, which is where most self applications fail.

Contact details and the shape of the work only. Fields marked required must be completed.

For example: “Two NIW petitions, evidence mostly gathered, filing next month” or “A vendor MSA to redline before signature.” No client names.

Sending this does not create an attorney-client relationship. Please do not include privileged or client-identifying details; we put an NDA in place before any case material changes hands. See our privacy policy.
