About
About Lexverse Legal.
Lexverse Legal is a legal support and paralegal services company, founded in 2026. Its team are advocates enrolled in India, based in Pune, Mumbai, Prayagraj and Delhi NCR and working to US deadlines. On US matters we prepare attorney-supervised work product for a licensed attorney to review, adopt and sign; Indian litigation and visa help for individuals run as separate practices with their own rules.
What we do
Six practices under one delivery standard, each with its own page, scope and supervision model.
- US immigration petitions NIW and EB-1A Green Card petitions, RFE responses and supporting letters, drafted for US immigration attorneys to review and sign.
- Research and litigation support Cited research, PACER and docket retrieval, public records and chronologies for litigators and law firms.
- Contracts and compliance Contract drafting and redlines, privacy and data-protection work and due diligence across the US, Canada and India.
- Legal AI enablement AI configuration, connectors and MCP servers, firm-specific skills, a written AI use policy and training for law firms.
- Indian litigation Drafting, filing and hearing support before Indian courts and tribunals, led by advocates enrolled in India.
- Visa help for individuals Schengen, national and Indian visa files for people applying on their own. A separate consumer service.
What we are not
- Not a US law firm, and our team are not US-licensed attorneys. On US matters we work as paralegals.
- No legal advice to petitioners, no attorney-client relationships and no appearances before USCIS or US courts.
- No guaranteed approvals, outcomes or success rates.
- No certification of regulatory compliance.
- No affiliation with any embassy, consulate or government.
- Not a reseller, partner or affiliate of any AI vendor, and no commission from any of them.
We describe the team as “Advocate (India)” or “India-qualified”, never simply as attorneys, so that no reader assumes US licensure.
Who is responsible
Every matter has a named person on it, and every person has a public profile listing their enrolment, qualifications and experience.
- Utkarsha Kupte, Advocate (India): EB-1A and NIW lead, and a responsible advocate for Indian litigation.
- Yash Pratap Singh, Advocate (India) and US paralegal: contracts, privacy and AI enablement.
- Vibhanshu Srivastava, Advocate (India) and founding partner: NIW and EB-1A petitions, RFE responses and US litigation research.
- Shikhar Rusia, Advocate (India): Indian litigation, and a responsible advocate for Indian litigation.
How we use AI
For organising research, comparing clauses, mapping large evidence sets and first-pass issue spotting, within the instructing attorney’s instructions. The legal argument is written by a qualified person, and every substantive deliverable is reviewed for accuracy before it reaches you. Nothing goes out that a person has not read.
Editorial standards for Insights
Our Insights are working notes for lawyers and the people who work with them. They follow these rules:
- Every article names its author, who is a member of the team with a public profile.
- Every article shows the date it was published, and the date of any substantive update.
- Where an article relies on a fee schedule, rule, regulation or official notice, it names that source and links to it where it is published online.
- Immigration notes are reviewed by a second lawyer before they are published.
- Articles about software products carry a currency note, because product names, plans and features change often.
- Every article states its scope under the headline: general information, not legal advice.
- If you find an error, email contact@lexverselegal.com. We correct factual errors and update the article’s date.
