A visa file an officer can follow.
Applying for a European visa yourself, whether a Schengen visit visa or a long stay national visa? We make sure the file you hand in is one an officer can approve. We check your documents against your consulate’s requirements, write the cover letter and your host’s letters, fix what is weak, and prepare you for the interview. Already refused? We read the decision and build the reconsideration or appeal.

What we do for you
- A document checklist built for your consulate and visa type, not a generic list from a forum
- Every document reviewed for gaps, inconsistencies and red flags before you submit
- A cover letter that ties your purpose, itinerary, funds and return together in one clear account
- Invitation, host support and sponsorship letters drafted for your host to sign
- Proof of ties to home: employer leave letters, property, family and business commitments
- Financial evidence set out so it reads clearly: salary credits, tax returns, sponsor funds
- Travel insurance, itinerary and accommodation checked against the rules
- The application form reviewed line by line, especially previous visas and host details
- Interview preparation: likely questions, a mock interview, and consistency with your file
Visas we handle
- Short stay Schengen visas (type C): tourism, visiting family or friends, business meetings and conferences, for any Schengen country
- National long stay visas (type D): longer stays with a partner, family or host, where the country’s own rules apply, such as Poland
- Repeat applications: people who travelled before and need a clean, consistent history on the new file
If you have been refused
A refusal letter is a map. It tells you which requirement the officer was not satisfied with, and most countries give you a short window to ask for reconsideration or to appeal. We compare the decision against what you actually submitted, identify the real reason, and then either draft the reconsideration request or appeal with the missing evidence, or advise a fresh application if that is the stronger route.
Recent case: Polish national visa, after a refusal
An applicant from India applied for a Polish national visa on his own and was refused. When he came to us, we read the refusal against his original application and found what an officer would have seen: a wrong answer on previous visas, incomplete host details, a purpose of stay that was never clearly stated, and thin proof that he would return to his job in India. We rebuilt the file from the ground up: a two sided checklist for him and his host, fresh host support and sponsorship letters, a dated chronology of their meetings with evidence, and proof of employment, approved leave and ties to India. We drafted the reconsideration request and prepared him for the consular interview so his answers matched the paper.
Who this is for
- Indian and other passport holders applying to any Schengen country without an agent
- Anyone refused once and deciding whether to challenge it or try again
- Hosts in Europe inviting a partner, relative or friend, who want the paperwork right on their side too
- Business travellers whose company has no immigration team
What we will not do
We will not invent a purpose, back date a document or help present a relationship that does not exist. Misrepresentation is the fastest route to an entry ban. Every file we build uses genuine, verifiable documents and a true account, told clearly.
